In India, there is no concept of health insurance. Patients, who can afford it, pay for treatment out of pocket. Those who cannot, die. However, even a few dollars go a long way in an all volunteer organization. Our operating expenses are less than 10% which means more than 90% of your donation goes directly to people who need it.
