Sahayta's Rehabilitation Program for Education has been based on the underlying sentiment. No child, however destitute, shall be denied of basic education. To accomplish this noble cause a structured activity has been drawn up. * Firstly, we identify the needy children. * We plan the educational program depending upon their age and backgroud. * We arrange for requisite funds for their children. * We monitor their performance periodically. * We become their foster guardians for all practical purposes and are connected to their education. Sahayta's Rehabilitation Program for Education has been actively functioning since July 1999. It is heartening to note that this project has progressed from strength to strength for continuing to provide hope and succor to needy families. This program has nearly 70 children under its care. With immense pride we see that the children who have come under this umbrella of Rehabililitation Program have flowered and grown into responsible students and individuals. Global Cancer Concern, India are funding our Vidya Jyoti Project and for this  they have given us a quarterly grant of Rs 25,000.
